I. The purpose and basis for the use of Client personal data by Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o.
Personal data of our clients are obtained in connection to contracts and trade agreements, that are used during the term of the contract or agreement for purposes such as:
compliance with legal obligations, including storing data regarding electronic / postal correspondence for the purposes of future proceedings by authorized bodies,
conclusion and implementation of the contract between Niemann Polska sp.z o.o. and the Customer, including ensuring the correct quality of services throughout the duration of the contract and settlements after its termination,
keeping you updated on changes in the company's offer
counteracting and pursuing claims,
reporting, marketing research, service development planning,
verification of payment capacity,
data profiling - for marketing purposes, determining preferences and areas of future interest in the services we offer.
Personal data needed to fulfill legal obligations will be used by Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o.
for the duration of these duties,
for the time, during which regulations require the data be stored,
for the time, during which we may face the legal consequences of not fulfilling the obligation.
II. What kind of personal data you may be asked to provide?

III. To whom Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o. as administrator may transfer personal data.
Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o. as a part of its business, provides personal data to the following entities:
Entities participating in the implementation of the order
Employees at Niemann Polska Sp z o.o. participating in the implementation of the order
Employees who provide us with advisory and consultancy services,
Providing IT system management services,
Providing courier and postal services (in order to conduct the necessary correspondence in matters entrusted to us)
IV. What is your right to access data, stored by Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o.
The provisions of the Regulation on the protection of personal data, entitle you to request from us:
1) providing information on processed data,
2) issue of a copy of processed data,
3) immediate correction of incorrect data,
4) complete the incomplete personal data, including providing an additional statement,
5) restrictions on data processing if their correctness is questioned,
6) immediate deletion of data unjustly processed,
7) transferring data to another administrator in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
V. Right to object.
Due to the processing of personal data necessary for us to perform tasks carried out in the public interest or necessary for purposes arising from our legitimate interests - you can object in special situations.
In this case, we will not be allowed to process this personal data, unless we prove the existence of valid, legally justified grounds for processing, superior to the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims.
However, if your personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you have the right to object to their processing with immediate effect at any time.
VI. Right to lodge a complaint
If you think that the processing of your personal data by Niemann Polska Sp. z o.o is unlawful. - you have a right to make a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
