Niemann na Warsaw-home 2022

Utworzono: 29-11-2022

One of Poland's largest trade fairs in the interior design industry - Warsaw Home&Contract 2022 - has concluded. According to organizers, this year's sixth edition was attended by nearly 60,000 visitors, most of whom were industry representatives. The fair also boasted a record breaking number of exhibitors, with nearly 600 exhibitors across all five halls.

"During this year's show, the Warsaw Home Fair had a noitceable "revival". There were a lot of exhibitors and visitors, unlike last year, where you could tell that it was a post-pandemic fair. I'm glad that such events are slowly starting to get back on track."(Klaudia Dawidowska, Interior Architect ,Create Design.)

Warsaw-home is an event that was created for architects, developers, contractors and anyone interested in construction and interior materials, design and building innovations. Leading brands, mainly from the furniture and interior design industry, were in one place. We were there too!

First and foremost, we presented the latest Spectrum collection and the extremely interesting possibilities offered by this new technology on the displays of the booth. The collection consists of 4 parts - High Gloss, Matte, Metal i Green. The new collection is focused around providing a large variety of designs: stone and concrete, wood-like, and fantasy. Customers can choose a given decor in various surface finishes - high gloss and deep matte.

By far the greatest crowd puller was the Spectrum Metal selection. Metallic boards are currently a sought-after material by designers, being one of the latest trends in interior design. This collection includes 3 colors - copper, gold and titanium, whose surface can have one of two finishes: smooth or "hammered" Crumble.

During the fair, we also featured eco-friendly furniture boards from the Italian brand Saviola, for which not a single new tree was cut down during production. The wood is 100% recycled. The collection includes decors with a beautiful, deep surface texture.

Visitors to the booth could also see new colors from the well-established "Acrylux" collection, and test the hydrophobic properties of the Anti-fingerprint surface themselves, on a tester available on the counter.

Finally, we would like to quote some more statements from interior designers that we cooperate with, whom we asked about their impression and reception of this year's Warsaw-home fair.

"I love going to trade fairs, because it is a time for me to look for inspiration, new solutions and, above all, a chance to get to know more companies and manufacturers. The Mecca of design will always be the fairs in Milan. They are the ones that set new trends and the direction the world of interior design will take. I didn't see any new trends or solutions in Milan this year, and the same was true at Warsaw Home. This fair confirmed that, so far, the trend for earth colors continues: warm beiges, browns, bricks, olives and non-obvious colors. Plus rounded shapes, structures, wood or Japandi and minimalist styles." (Klaudia Dawidowska, Createdesign)

"For me and my team, it was definitely a good experience. We showed up at Warsaw Home with a rather skeptical attitude, due to the first impressions we had heard from other industry representatives. We received rather negative feedback from them. For us, however, there were a few novelties. We found some solutions for our projects especially in the field of carpentry, closet, and cabinet systems. Niemann Polska boards, the sampler of which we received earlier, have already found their way into several of our new projects and have received approval from our clients during concept presentations. All in all, only the furniture offer failed to suprise us, as there were only single novelties. The lamp exhibitors was also very sparse. Other than that, I consider the Fair successful." (Agnieszka Kułakowska, Interior Architect with Under Studio)

The huge amount of coverage on social media only confirmed that the Warsaw Home Fair is a real feast for the eyes and an unforgettable experience for visitors. Next year's event is planned for November 7-10, 2023.
